A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
Due to the high demand for our services, we have designed two modules for franchising. The first module we like to call "full franchise." It consists of a DAY SPA completely installed in a venue no smaller than 200 mts2. This module includes all of the services offered at our flagship location in Ave. Callao and Ave. Santa Fe in Buenos Aires. The module requires a staff of approximately 20 employees. The second module, "express franchise", consists of the installation of an office with a medical staff on aesthetic medicine and approximately five boxes (rooms) for massages. This latter module is for already existing locations such as gyms, hotels, shopping centers, clubs and/or even office buildings. This module is mostly based on the massage experience, which is MARKUS expertise and principal source of revenue. The module can be managed with a staff of approximately 9 employees.
WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT WOULD THE FRANCHISE RECEIVE?
MARKUS offers a comprehensive support to its franchises divided into three categories. The first one is an "initial support" which includes venue selection for the SPA, negotiating the real estate contract with the venue's owner, SPA layout, assistance in the SPA's design and construction, negotiating with distributors of SPA equipment, employment training, marketing, sales, and overall management of the business. Secondly, we offer "operational support" which encompasses permanent web-based consulting, advanced employment training and periodic visits to the franchise to supervise and offer advise on the business overall management and operation. Thirdly, we offer "marketing support" which includes press campaigns, events and advertisement on a national level with an emphasis on the region where the franchise is located.
